Direct Primary Care includes all of your routine health maintenance, health promotion, disease prevention, counseling, patient education, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses. We offer a full scope of Primary Care services included with our Direct Primary Care Membership. In addition to all of this, we offer discounted rates for labs and radiology testing.*

Acute care for illnesses
Such as Upper Respiratory Illnesses, Urinary Tract Infections, Evaluation of Fever, and Acute Injuries.
Chronic disease management
Such as Diabetes, Hypertension, Elevated Cholesterol, Cardiovascular Disease, Asthma, and Gastrointestinal Disorders.
Physical Exams
Routine/Annual physical exams for adults and children including routine vaccinations* for patients ages 2 and up.

Includes weight loss counseling, smoking cessation, and cancer screenings
Minor Procedures
Such as mole removals*, cryotherapy for warts, ingrown toenail removal, and more.
