At Main Street Medical we offer a low-cost, cash-rate, option for walk-ins for all patients (including non-members) to meet acute care needs. These services are included in our membership plan but are available to all patients who may require medical care on a periodic basis. This is the perfect option for those patients who are seasonal or simply aren’t ready to commit to our Membership plan.

Follow-up visits for procedures performed within the past 10 days. Examples include - ongoing care for wounds, suture removal, etc.

Pre-Op Physical Exam
Includes EKG interpretation. Includes EKG interpretation, ordering of labs*, and direct communication with your surgeon regarding clearance for your upcoming procedure.

General screening physical exam for adults. Includes full physical examination, ordering of labs and pap smear* collection (when needed), EKG (where appropriate), referrals to other providers and/or radiology testing for screening purposes such as colonoscopy, mammography, and bone density testing.

Grades K-12. Includes filling out pre-participation forms (must be provided at time of visit), any necessary specialist referrals, ordering of labs*.

cdl physical exams
Arizona requires all CDL drivers, including those in the military, to keep a current Medical Examiner Certificate on file with the MVD. The Medical Examiner Certificate is to be renewed every 24 months. MSM is an approved Medical Examiner.

COVID-19 RAPID TESTING
The COVID-19 virus spreads primarily through droplets of saliva or discharge from the nose when an infected person coughs or sneezes, so it’s important to get tested if you feel as though you might have been in contact with someone who recently tested positive for the virus.

*Due to CMS regulations, our walk-in visits are currently not available to Medicare-eligible individuals. Please contact our office to discuss other options available to meet your healthcare needs. Prices subject to change. Additional fees apply for labs, vaccines, durable medical equipment & other in-office testing. Direct pay options are available for acute care and screening examinations ONLY, not for management of chronic conditions or medication refills. Price above includes IV Fluid administration for re-hydration purposes only (Normal Saline or LR Solution). Additional costs may apply when other medications/vitamins are added to IV fluids. Home visits apply to established patients/members only.
